» Rhonda Sue Bennett – CEO
As the Chief Executive Officer, Rhonda is responsible for overall business operations. Rhonda retired from working in chemical laboratories in 2007 where she served in Air Monitoring Laboratories as an Analytical Laboratory Technician. Rhonda is a graduate from California State University at Fresno with a BS in Agricultural Sciences. Rhonda taught Vocational Agriculture in Visalia, California. During her teaching she served as a coach to students in preparing their livestock for showings as well as a faculty adviser for the school chapter of the Future Farmers of America. Rhonda has also served as a volunteer for the 4-H in Colorado, serving on the County 4-H board and as a club leader and instructor. Rhonda also severed on a variety of performance based evaluation boards for the Department of Dependent Schools and the Community Chapels during her time at Misawa Air Base and on Okinawa.

» James Douglas Bennett – Principle Engineer
As the Principle Engineer, Jim is responsible for the technical evaluation and execution for UNTBOM. Jim retired from the US Army Corps of Engineers in September of 2012 as an Area Engineer and Administrative Contracting Officer. His Area of Responsibility was all Military Construction and Construction for Others in and around Lackland and Laughlin Air Force Bases. Jim has worked for a number of Corps of Engineers Districts during his 30 year career, to include Los Angeles District, Omaha District, Trans-Atlantic Division, Japan Engineering District, Huntsville Directorate and Fort Worth District. Jim has been involved in the construction management of the Space Shuttle Launch Complexes, to Hospitals, to Commissaries, to underground fuel storage tank construction and renovation, to munition pre-load facilities, to chemical nerve agent destruction plants, to medical training facilities, to dormitories and dining facilities. Jim has also held the position of Adjunct Instructor for community colleges teaching vocational HVAC courses to service mechanics in Colorado and Indiana, and Technical Math on Okinawa. Jim graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a BS in Engineering Technology with a concentration in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Jim is a licensed Mechanical Engineer in the State of California.
